Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout based on purchased items. We ship our wines in the Fall and Spring depending on weather conditions that are safe for the transportation of wine. We do not do multiple shipments. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of availability provided the weather permits. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground and as such they are delivered 3-7 business days from shipment.

Things to know:

1. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive wine shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. 

2. We ship throughout California and to the following states CT, MD, NC, ID, OR, IL, NY, WA, VA, NH, CO, WI, FL, TX and DC via FedEx Ground.

For the following states, please use our Vinoshipper Cart: AK, AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VT, WV, and WY

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to One or Two Day Air, please contact us directly after ordering for additional costs.

3. Your shipping address should be an address (preferably a business address) where someone can receive deliveries during normal business hours. 

4. If your shipping state is not among those listed above, we are happy to ship to a third party shipping company you have an account with in California or any state we ship to. Simply use their address for your “ship to”

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so that we may determine the best resolution.
